This policy explains how Flow Origin Lab Co., Ltd., trading as Flow Origin Lab, handles personal information. It covers this website at floworiginlab.com and the mobile and web applications we operate, except where an individual application publishes its own policy that states otherwise.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, which may include the requesting IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser user agent. These logs are used to keep the site available and secure, and are retained for a limited period before deletion.

If you contact us by email, we receive the address you write from and whatever information you choose to include in your message.

Applications we operate may collect additional information in order to function, such as an account identifier or content you create in the app. Where that is the case, the application discloses it at the point of collection and in its own store listing.
